Agreement

These terms apply to your use of NamNods Pets. By using the app, you agree to use it only for lawful personal purposes and to provide accurate account information when creating or managing an account.

Subscriptions

NamNods Pets may offer an auto-renewing Premium Monthly subscription through the App Store. Premium removes ads and unlocks unlimited swiping while the subscription is active.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

If Apple provides a refund, subscription access may end or be adjusted according to App Store rules.

Accounts and Partner Linking

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. Partner invite codes should only be shared with the person you want to link with in the app.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt the app or backend, copy or resell the pet-name catalog, reverse engineer the app, or use NamNods Pets in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information for accounts, swipes, matches, ads, subscriptions, and app reliability.
